I get to drive my friend's Cayman S, since I detail it. It is indeed one fine car. Driving it up to my daughter's college dorm was priceless.

However, it is substantially more expensive than the $35K 128 I have ordered. I was interested in something fun to drive, but I am at the upper end of my "budget."

Deanski--Since I have your attention, I do recall that you were into a product search for the leather on your 997. I think you chose a Sonus product, IIRC.

Any recommendations for BMW Boston leather?
