I got an email from GM (An important message from Troy Clarke, President, GM North America). I thought it was going to be about their bankruptcy, but I was wrong

:

"As you may know, GM is using an expedited, court-supervised process to accelerate the reinvention of our company."

It was a big long letter, but NOWHERE are the words bankruptcy or Chapter 11 mentioned.
