The prop is stainless by the looks of his pic, may not be on there?
I would check your engines anodes, they could need replacing?
Also post your question/pic at Boats for Sale, New Boats, Used Boats, Boat Parts - iboats.com I am sure other people over there have had similar issues? Good luck and be sure to try some scum removers etc first before getting into new paint/primer, your old paint maybe underneath all that scum, if that is what it is?
An excellent scum remover is slimygrimey, yea that's what it's called, it works excellent and iboats carries it.........Irv
