I am in Oak Creek. I can name 3 coin-operated self washes in my area.

27th Street and College Avenue (NW Corner, behind Equitable Bank) Greenfield

On Howell Avenue at Ryan Road (SE Corner, Next to Marathon Gas Station) Oak Creek

On Packard Avenue at College Avenue (NE Corner, Next to BP Gas Station) Cudahy

I haven't been by the one @ howell and ryan to see if it is still in operation, I thought it was for sale last time I went past.
