G37x, although slightly more expensive, is much faster, full RWD that turns into AWD when you need it, and has a much nicer interior. 330hp, more tq, 7 speed(auto only unfortunately), and around a 5.1 0-60.

I don't see any real reason to get a R32, but that's just my opinion.
