Subarus are nice, I really like the Outback, might get one as my next car. Of the ones XRL mentions I think I would pick the S4.
You have the Cadillac SRX there? It's a lot bigger than the rest of the cars you mention. If you don't need 3 rows of seats, I would skip that one. But the 07 models have an interior I could live with, and narrower door sills. Went to the dealer and sat in an 05 model and boy was it hard to get in and out of that, compared to normal wagons or other SUVs I have tried.
