This is a great writeup but I disagree with one small point when you speak of Titanium.
Titanium is used for its extremely light weight but not for durability.
Speak to anyone using them in the Scooby and EVO crowds and they will tel you that quite a few of them suffer from cracks since extremely thin piping is used.
Ti is fine for an all out race or show car with minimal driving.
For a daily driver I'd go with 304 stainless.
