I've used lots of different polishes and compounds for plastic scratch removal depending on the scratch and type of plastic but just to be safe I'd recommend Novus Plastic Polish #2 or #3:
Novus Plastic Polishes: TAP Plastics
If you use #3 you'll want to follow with #2 to finish it out.
Not sure about the wood in your Lexus (thick or thin finish) so I can't help you out there.
