You cant go wrong with Metallica. The new record, Death Magnetic, makes for good workout music. I really like Sevendust a lot, they're pretty heavy, but they will have some screaming in there. Their lead singer is a SINGER though. Check out a song by them called Waffle, and tell me if that doesnt get you psyched up.
