I just check the Subie website and all American litature that I have (M/T, RandT, CandD) and they all claim 265. Maybe its slightly different mapping for the US market?
I'm only going by the marketing.
But in the end it doesn't matter because the Cobalt is still faster (even with 5-7 less horsepower). (Because it has 14.01-14.32 more pound-feet of torque and weights 312-317 lbs less
