as a Canadian I am blessed with the freedom of speech. I also have the right to follow any political party I choose. Its one of many of the great things about being Canadian.
I was under the impression that the same rights were given to our neighbors to the south. I guess I was wrong.
It saddens me that because one chooses to follow a different political party, question his current government, and have different ideologies that one is demeaned and degraded in such a way.
Also I don’t see how he cannot be proud to be both Canadian and American, last time I checked they were not mutually exclusive. I don’t know why he cannot be a proud Canadian and a proud American.
Also what is wrong with questioning the government, you know what happens when you don’t? You get Iraq.
Your government was founded on questioning government, heck if you had not questioned (and fought) the British you would not be the nation you are today.
You say God bless America, yes god bless American indeed, with comments and ignorance like that you are going to need it.
