I do drink coffee at times but make a mistake with the amount. It's true that I drink only 1 cup but the cup is a 32oz cup which can be the equivalent of 4 cups in 1 sitting.

Holden: My favorites are as follows.

Dancing Goats Blend (I can only get this at a coffee shop in Gilbert but it is the smoothest coffee I have ever drank besides...)

Tim Hortons (Very nice coffee)

Starbucks French Roast

Starbucks Sumatra

I have been known to blend the last two with the regular stuff they serve in the office.
