I bought some touchup paint from Paint world for my red Mitsu. Mirage. The rear license plate surround (it is plastic) was discolored and would not correct despite several attempts and processes. I thouroughly prepped the piece, sprayed 3 coats of base and 2 coats of clear and it is a perfect match. I still have some left and am contemplating redoing my front and rear bumpers.
