I have never put a wax over z2 or z5. I just don't find the need to put anything on top of them except for z8.

I did try z2 over Danase wet glaze and it was superb. I even put DWG over a month old coat of z5 just to see what would happen and topped it with z2 and I was very impressed. I mean VERY impressed.

The only thing about waxes that I do not like is the way they attract dust and build up a layer of film on the paint after a rain storm. Z8 does help a bit though.
