On the cars I drive I keep the wheels well sealed with something like Zaino, Poorboy's Wheel Sealant (love the smell!), Opti-Seal, or UPGP. I also follow-up each wash with some FK425 QD to keep the slickness level up. Doing this all I ever need to clean my wheels is the regular car was solution I use and the gentle agitation of my
World's Greatest Boar's Hair Wheel Brush (my all time favorite wheel brush).
For nasty wheels that don't belong to me I'll use some Eagle 1 (A2Z) All Wheel and Tire Cleaner and a standard wheel brush. If I was going to order a wheel cleaner it would be the P21S Gel, but the Eagle 1 is available locally so I've never gotten around to it.

From what I've read the red is only available overseas.
