Have had no problems applying DWG by hand. A little goes a long way. Just a couple of dabs on a red pad work it in till it almost disappears. You can apply the entire car before buffing off as Bob at Danase says about a 20 min cure time works best. You can layer it too--or apply a sealant underneath or as a topper to seal in. I like
UPGP as a WOWA sealant and the combo looks fantastic--especially on light colors like silver. There are several postings on here showing the excellent results. Some do 2x UPGP, 2x DWG then 2x UPGP. Personally, I like 1x for each as I don't see a big difference.
