BW is much better at cleaning up the look of old trim and will also last much longer. 303 is not that good for exterior use, at least not compared to products that are designed for it.

I wouldn't use BW on soft rubber. This is because it really needs to be buffed to apply it properly and you'll just tear up soft rubber. 303 is fine for this.
