That's what I meant by the only variable is paint correction. When someone brings a car to me to get compounded/polished I always do certain things that I am sure we all do to some extent; clean and seal wheels, clean and dress wheels and tires, polish all the metal, dress all the trim, clean and wax jambs, clean and dress engine, etc.. I always tell my customs I "don't do extras", when a car leaves my place I want all parts of it to look good (except the interior haha). So unless the exhaust is in bad shape or something it's always pretty much the same amount of time with the variable being the correction.
