Collinite 845, not as long lasting as it's claimed?

I've used Collinite 845 on my car the last time I detailed it (almost 2 moths ago), and it seems to have already worn off since there was no slickness to the finish or tight beading. Would a polish or sealant beforehand reduce it's bonding? I previously polished then applied Poorboy's EX and topped with 845. The car is outside 70% of the time, and I ususally try to wash every week or week and a half with Zaino Z7. I thought 845 was supposed to be one of the more durable LSPs? I've heard before of people getting close to 6 months of durability, but I would have expected maybe 2 1/2 to 3. I tried it again with EX x2 and 845 x2. Should it be holding up longer than this?
