Keep at it... usually dusting is because you are using a bit too much product but also going in to it with too much rpm at first. Allow the polish to be spread to a thin layer over your working area at much lower speeds then bump it up to 1,500 rpm and work it in until it goes clear. Don't dry it out... just work it until it is clear. If there is still defects, then add more polish and work it some more. Once you are satisfied with the defect removal, turn the pad over and add only a couple drops for the foam side to polish it up.
