I just use some dishwashing liquid like dawn or palmolive to remove polish residue. I generally let the pads soak in hot water with a couple of squirts of dawn. Come back in an hour and just start massageing the pads until all the polish or compound is gone from the surface of your pads. After that just rinse until no more soap foam is coming from your pads and then air dry. |
