Sorry, haven't been on in awhile. Fortunately I needed no rehab at all. So the first thing I did when I got home was hit the weights. Next morning I weighed in at a measly 177 (8 lbs less than before I broke it), so I been working my butt off to put it back on. Right now I a little over 180, hopefully I'll hit 185 within 3 weeks. Yea, the inability to train my forearms has really weakened my wrist shot. I've just started playing in a spring league and and just now regaining a half-way decent shot. Ugh. This has sucked bigtime.
