You are definitely on the right path with Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga. Temecula also has some very nice twisty roads. Riverside itself, not so much.
Glendora Ridge Mountain Road is incredibly twisty
Used to drive my 95 RX-7 on that road. Not for the faint of heart!
