I've had the same thing happen to my adapter. It was replaced with no problem. Now I'm being extra careful and not popping out the pad while the adapter is hot. Don't know if that will make a difference. |
I have had my adapter for PC replaced 3 times and was told that it is not recommended for an Orbital of any kind, too much vibration.
Great on a rotary however.
