I started a thread the other day inquiring about MF bonnets for polish removal (thanks to all who replied, much appreciated!) I bought a 2nd PC to use strictly as a polish remover, thinking it would save me some time.

Eh, not so much.

I slipped the MF bonnet on over the stock foam pad that comes with the PC as well as an old 6" pad and had a hard time removing anything with it. I either had to press down really hard or barely touch the paint, and neither method provided easy and quick polish removal.

Am I doing something wrong? Maybe my speed setting was an issue (set at 3 or so)? Although I ended up being more tired my removing the polishes by hand, it seemed to be much quicker for me.
