Id try an
AIO, like Opti-Seal or even
Klasse AIO with a wool pad cutting pad. I use One Shot, by Mark V, on a lot of gelcoated RV's because I can get it local. As Salty said, its 20 year old fiberglass. Looks much better than you started with, thats for sure
