Great response guys !!! I have been on this forum since 01, and have seen very few threads related to this topic. I believe that most Autopian are OCD, and bodybuilding is another healthy form of this illness. My first true love is detailing, but bodybuilding is again another addiction I am happy to be suffering from once again.

Dieting is defenitely the hardest part of bodybuilding for me.
