my final choices were between Optimum and
Menzerna and I went with Menzerna. Think the Optimum is a little less but also comes with Poli-seal. I love the menzerna but still want to try the optimum, especially poli-seal. Maybe the Opt has a longer working time which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Getting the machine and plenty of pads is the important part.
