Thing is, its not my car, its not insured under my name (its under the company's). So unless my company wants to pay the $500 ded. and face an increase in rates (which they don't want), it won't go that route. It would only go that route if the lady didn't have insurance, but fortunately (or unfortunately) she does. Oh well, it'll get fixed...but if it was my personal car, I'd be going about all of this a completely different way!

Ha, Wisconsin is the same. You pass in the right lane. It's actually worse there than in IL...I've even seen some "brows" on cars that says "If you're reading this, move the F*** over!". Pretty funny, but the people probably won't even look back to see it!
