it depends. If you are just getting the same one it is pretty good and then you can buy another one to cover the new gps. Now if you are not happy and want a different model completely they get a little crabby but you just press the issue and they should cave.(something about having it fail for the same problem 4 times) They didnt want to give my friend money back, he really was going to trade up for the nuvi, so i was popping in and told the guy look we are going to give you more money just do it. |
