mine didn't come with one and i had two new polishers in two weeks , the first one from coastal tools came without the rpm adjuster dial ! just a big gapping hole were one should have been. they told me to keep the pads and bag and just send the polisher back , well to my surprise when the replacement came they gave me 2 more pads and another bag so i was happy |
