That's the first thing that crossed my mind too
But if your car didn't come with 'em, installing them can be tricky these days what with all the integrated safety systems and such.
I find that the firmer/more supportive/"sport" seats are always my preference, especially for long-distance work,but that's just me. A lot of things are gonna depend on the driver's body (e.g., leg/thigh length, how big/wide you are, etc.) and how aggressively you drive (for anything over 0.6g or so I want a seat that'll hold me in place).
