What are the pro's and con's with regards to the highish low speed setting of 1100rpm's on the 3403 ?
Is it as big an issue as some suggest or is it not all that bad...I am new to this and am considering the 3403 as a first rotary due to it's size and light weight but the speen issue has me worried..........HELP please hehe |
