Yep it's called Zero. It's fantastic as it softens the clear to make it easier to get out serious swirl marks and scratches
You follow that with the awesome Knockout, Micro Finish and Pro Polish and once the coat of pro polish has cured, the zero hardens the paint to make it more abrasion resistant

$145 a litre but well spent. Makes Menzerna spread and spread and will not dust
As for glass, I'm refering to actual glass but not in it's solid state

Glare is I believe a polymer, not glass
