Scott - to add to the good advice already given, it really helps (not as much an issue since your car is new) to heat up the emblem (and the adhesive behind it) first with either a heatgun on low or a hair dryer (safer unless you're careful). This will make the floss or fishing line cut thru like butter, if you need it at all. I've not tried wd40 as I have the proper tool in the cabinet, which works fantastic - a spray can of citrus based 3M adhesive remover. It's like goo gone but much better. Spray it, wait about 15 secs and it all wipes away with a paper towel. Hope this helps and good luck. The car looks great!
