I always treat the wheels to a dedicated wheel cleaner first. I mist with a sprayer, then mis with wheel cleaner, agitate with brushes, then rinse with NRWS prepp'd for the car, in the sprayer. I have found the wheel cleaners to perform better, for obvious reasons, then the NRWS. Plus with the sprayer, theres no need to worry about polluting the wash water as your not dipping anything, anywhere!
