Lol, well the past 2 leg workouts I've taken pretty easy because I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things, but yea I know that "can't walk across the room feeling." The calves after the squats things is something I just thought I'd try last week. I'll axe those, in favor of the machine (on a block) at the local gym. As far as calves go, how many reps of those? I always see people doing them really fast (and I'm talking about the big dudes) and a lot (as in like 30). That surprised me, but maybe they weren't bulking? |
