You say shine, if you mean bling then you might be on the wrong forum! In general OEM, natural black but not shiney or glossy is what i would say a majority like.
Certantly Z16 is very popular as it looks good, but is expensive. You might prefer something like
Meguiars Endurance High Gloss or the one that is the clear bottles.
Shine is often mostly found in the oil based wheel dressings (as opposed to the water based ones) and often the cheaper products give shiney look.
