I think every polish has its goods and bads. Brian assures me that the "new forumla" optimum is a little weaker then the previous version, so it kind of has lost its place. It doesn't seem to have much more cut then 106ff and I cannot get it to finish as nice, though Brian, who has more experience with OP, can finish extremely good.
The reason it is one of the pictures (which is why I am assuming you asked) is as Brian made his way around the paint, the pad would stick (SIP is made for harder paint and can grab at softer paints on occasion) so OP was used to "cut" the SIP and keep it slick.
