One question...if this is truly the softest paint you've encountered, how do you counsel the owner on how to care for it? Does his only let you guys wash it? Does he simply come to you guys for a full detail every two weeks? (You mentioned several times his perfectionism.) I mean, if the tail of his tux brushed across the door while getting in the thing, he'd have marring, yes?
The owner has a detailing service that I have instructed (or tried too) teach proper washing techniques. Being that I will see this client every month for work on his various collection, I will monitor the process and marring in this paint, and correcting as necessary.
The paint will be 100 percent impossible to keep perfect, so it will need frequent minor polishing to keep it up.

Hope you are maintaining the car and no hacks wash it.
I will maintain this car until he gets a new one. Brian and I invested a little bit of our hearts into so I will make sure it stays as close to perfect as possible!
