For a daily driver, id go for the G35. I think you'd be happier in the end after the new car joy wears a bit.

Having driven both, the G is all around the more fun (day to day).

But ohh that manual on the S2000 is like sweet butter. The best one i've driven so far. (Still waiting to get behind the wheel of a porsche).
