| Re: Lets all Diet & get in shape Higher reps dont really work for me anymore. Besides, I really reevaluated what I was doing and just focused on my form for squatting(front and back) and improved my deadlifting technique. Along with some crosstraining and a bit of flexiblity work(a couple days a week, dynamic stuff everyday), I feel much more confident and am prepared physically and mentality for the heavier weights.
