From the pictures this looks like alcantara (fabric) rather than suede. If it is genuine suede then it is very tricky to redye although there are products available for this.

If you wanted to change the colour as per the pictures you would need to have the fabric areas dyed and the leather areas repigmented. This is certainly possible but would need a specialist leather technician to do it.
