When I sold my Celicas (I had a '79 and an '85), both were well passed 200,000 miles and my Accord had 280,285 miles on it when I sold it. You maintain cars properly and the drivetrain will last well past 200,000 on most cars. I checked on Consumer Reports for the reliability rankings and the Maxima is rated "much better than average" for engine major/minor and transmission major/minor related repairs. The trouble spots they note are the exhaust system, fuel system and audio.
