I don't quite follow. Are you saying if you buy Vintage from the Canadian "reseller", you can't get it refilled??!
Something else occurred to me: what happens when it does come to refill time? Do you have to go through the same BS about having to send it through an intermediary or else pay ~$300 in UPS brokerage?.......I guess that's a way down the road, though!
