thanks everyone for the info, i have contacted the CC company. i have officalyt launched an investiagation. I need to fax in all e-mails or documantation I have so they can get a case against him.
She said it would take 4-6 weeks to complete, but atleast I will have my money back. It has been more then a hassel but it should all work out in the next month or so.. so now the goal is nota b-day present but a winter present formyself... im really exciteced still
dont worry lbls1, i will be ordering it aain as soon as i have mymoney. So it looks like this thread will be a little longer then it is now
But I will keep you updated as to any updates I get. you have stuck with this far so its only fair.
