I just called td, they said i had to call on monday when the dispute line thing is open, which is fine i was expectign it, she said she would out a note on my account. I am not liable to pay if he cannot deliver. she said they would call him and get his story, call me back and they would make sure i got my money or my product.

Thank you very much for the tip, it may take a few weeks but if its gone I can atleast re-order
