Yeah, but that's today's world, isn't it? You buy a hammer, it says don't hit yourself in the head with this because you could be seriously killed, you buy a ladder, it says be careful climbing on this, you could fall off and be seriously killed, and if you're holding a hammer while you're on the ladder...well, not only could you be killed, but the hammer might hit you in the head...
