Yes, but...
Dirty windows need a cleaner. The best cleaner is alcohol.
Ultima has a small amount of alcohol, but it is not enough to cut through a really heavy interior window film. However, it works well to maintain windows that have been maintained.
Detail Spray Plus was also made interior safe. You can use it as a QD on plastic, leather and vinyl.
